SHIPPING & HANDLING The Price of an item does not include Shipping & Handling (S&H). S&H, if applicable, will be calculated on the checkout page based on the weight and the ship-to address. Total Order Less than $16.00 There is no minimum order. You may make purchases of any amount from this store. However, note that orders totaling $15.99 or less will incur extra flat charges of $5.00 to cover costs of distribution. Such a charge, if any, will be reflected in the Shipping & Handling fees. Total orders above $15.99 does not have this extra $5.00 fee. Overweight and Oversized Items For all orders, regardless of weight and size, Shipping and Handling value will be computed for the purpose of checkout processing. However, for overweight and oversized items, actual S&H costs will be determined just before packing for shipment, when your order is being verified. In this case additional shipping charges may be required from you. In this case, jattrix.com customer support will work with you to find a satisfactory solution that gets your order to you without delay but also ensuring that you have paid to cover the actual S&H charges. Customer support or any authorized representative of WWREI shall notify you and receive your authorization for solution (e.g. your approval of extra payment to cover actual S&H costs) via email before the order is completed and shipped to you. We do not make money on padding shipping charges. At the same time, given our thin margins we cannot afford to lose money on actual shipping and handling fees charged by our distributors and carriers. Shipment Schedule Your order will usually ship within 1-2 (one to two) business days after your payment clears. Free Shipping For applicable and qualifying items, free shipping will use either regular UPS Ground or USPS priority Post for delivery regardless of the shipping service selected at the time of your order. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING You need to create a secure Login account to be able to track the status of your order within our system. Once you have an account, you can login securely to follow the progress of your order. And yes, you can even use the login to cancel or modify your account information. RETURNS & REFUNDS Please do not initiate any return or exchange until you have contacted us for Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). To help us improve and serve you better, please state the reason for wishing to return or exchange the item. No refund amount or exchange will be processed for any item returned without a prior RMA issued. You can return any purchased item for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at support@jattrix.com to get the RMA and the return ship-to address. All returns should be in ORIGINAL, UNMARKED PACKAGING, INCLUDE ALL INSTRUCTIONS, PACKAGING, etc., AND MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION AS NEW. Software cannot be returned once opened. Please note, unless we have sent you the wrong order by mistake, S&H charges are non-refundable. When a purchase qualified for discount or free shipping offer but the purchase is returned or some products from the purchase are returned such that the new subtotal (net purchase) no longer qualifies for the discount or free shipping offer, the appropriate S&H charges will be calculated and deducted from the refund or charged to the credit account used to make the purchase. Also note, there is a 15% restocking fee on returns. This is to cover all the processing and handling fees that are incurred by WWREI to process your order. However, this fee is waived if the item is returned due to manufacturer defects or if we have sent you a wrong order. After 30 days of receipt, all returns of defective items should be made directly to the manufacturer. TAXES All purchases with a Florida Ship-to (send-to) address will add additional 6% Florida sales tax to the price.
