SHIPPING & HANDLING The Price of an item does not include Shipping & Handling (S&H). S&H, if applicable, will be calculated on the checkout page based on the weight and the ship-to address. Total Order Less than $16.00 There is no minimum order. You may make purchases of any amount from this store. However, note that orders totaling $15.99 or less will incur extra flat charges of $5.00 to cover costs of distribution. Such a charge, if any, will be reflected in the Shipping & Handling fees. Total orders above $15.99 does not have this extra $5.00 fee. Overweight and Oversized Items For all orders, regardless of weight and size, Shipping and Handling value will be computed for the purpose of checkout processing. However, for overweight and oversized items, actual S&H costs will be determined just before packing for shipment, when your order is being verified. In this case additional shipping charges may be required from you. In this case, jattrix.com customer support will work with you to find a satisfactory solution that gets your order to you without delay but also ensuring that you have paid to cover the actual S&H charges. Customer support or any authorized representative of WWREI shall notify you and receive your authorization for solution (e.g. your approval of extra payment to cover actual S&H costs) via email before the order is completed and shipped to you. We do not make money on padding shipping charges. At the same time, given our thin margins we cannot afford to lose money on actual shipping and handling fees charged by our distributors and carriers. Shipment Schedule Your order will usually ship within 1-2 (one to two) business days after your payment clears. Free Shipping For applicable and qualifying items, free shipping will use either regular UPS Ground or USPS priority Post for delivery regardless of the shipping service selected at the time of your order.
